Raw material testing
Incoming medical-grade platinum-cured silicone is checked before it reaches the press.

Platinum-cure molding
Platinum curing sets the silicone in the mold without the byproducts associated with peroxide curing.

Edge trimming
Each piece is trimmed by hand to clean edges so the finished surface stays smooth against skin.

Quality packaging
Finished pieces are inspected and packed to the specification agreed with the buyer.
